How to remove heurs and tanatos |

New Member ![]() Posts: 1 OS: windows xp |
Some file was not responding so i tried to use the task manager to close the process. however i was unable to access it. so i suspected it to be a virus .so i installed avg free anti virus software it was able to identify the virus . i tried to remove but removal failed.I do not know what to do. please help me
Ps i am a relative new comer to computers so i would need a lot of details |
