I'm having a heck of a time trying to get rid of this...Not too used to not being able to solve this stuff on my own.

I've run ad aware, spy bot, & microsoft's new one. It has said it's been removed, and then it always reappears.

Can someone take a look at this and point me in the right direction?

I appreciate it!

1. Unzip the program to your desktop. Double Click the KillBox program on your desktop

Go to Tools > Delete Temp Files > Click *OK*

Now Select *Delete on Reboot* in the first column.

Next copy and paste the following line into the *Full Path to Delete* Box
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Click the Red Button with the White x on it.

The program will ask you to confirm you want to delete the file on reboot - answer *yes*

2. Click on Start, then Run ... type cmd and press "OK".

In the next box that opens, type cd\
and press "Enter". Now you'll see the C: prompt ... looks like this: C:\>

Type cd\windows
and then Enter.

Next, type nail.exe /FullRemove
(make sure there is a space between nail.exe and the /) ... then Enter.

Make a copy of these instructions.
3. HJT
