Hello The_Steve-o, Welcome to Geeks-To-Go.
My name is GravityGripp and I'll be working with you on these issues. The first thing that I would like you to do is provide me with a HiJackThis log. STEP ONE Click here to download HJTInstall.exe
Also, please note that I am still in training so there may be a slight delay in my responses because I will be working with an expert on this. I look forward to working with you |

The_Steve-o, I don't really see anything in this log to indicate an issue. Let's try digging a little deeper.
STEP ONE Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
