Hi, I was help to get rid of a lot of viruses. but something happened.
I am getting redirected with every click of while I browse the internet with
Mozilla... I can't get anywhere.

I used to have the following DRIVES:

E: CD/DVD BURNER COMBO
F: CD BURNER

Now these drives turned to Local Disks and have a red question mark on them.
A DVD drive G: was created but I cannot access it.

It also created a cd drive H: and I: again they are not accessable.
Can anyone help?
I uploaded a copy of what the drives look like in the "My Computer" folder.

John Felix.

Hi there cool.gif

What is the exact make and model of your system? If you bought the drives separately, or if they aren't standard for your system, what is the make and model of each?

Also, you will need to have CD burning software installed on your system. The infection that was on your system may have corrupted your previous installation. You can either reinstall whatever burning software you had, or get a new one.

Go HERE for a list of free ones you can download and install.
