Hi Nick and welcome,
A couple things need you to do please, First, Download the DelDomains zip file and unzip it to your desktop. DelDomains Right-click on the deldomains.inf file and select 'Install' Reboot your computer, Next, Download SpSeHjfix into a folder. Disconnect from the net and Close ALL OPEN PROGRAMS. Run 'SpSeHjfix' and click on "Start Disinfection". When it's finished it will reboot your machine to finish the cleaning process. The tool creates a log of the fix which will appear in the folder. Reboot and post a fresh HJT log and the log that was created by 'SpSeHjfix'. |

Hi,
This got my computer back to normal, i.e i was able to set my home page back to what i wanted and not the [bleep] about.blank! however, i restarted my computer and it is back!! And when i go to a website, for example, geekstogo it keeps diverting to other dodgy sites so i have to press the 'back' button to get to geekstogo..... I never suspected we had finished, however!! Just thought I would report to you what was happening... Thank you for your continued efforts! nick |
