Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Please download Nailfix from here:
Nailfix
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.co.../safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.cmd. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.

Hi STA,

In the safe mode, you wont have access to the internet.

So please download the programs in normal mode. Update Ewido while still in normal mode. After the Update is complete, then boot the PC in safe mode and proceed with the rest of the fix.

Hi STA,

Make sure that your PC is in normal mode and not in safe mode !!!

Run Hijack This. The following items need to be fixed -

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jhegwv] c:\windows\system32\uyrnfv.exe r
O16 - DPF: {0F9B4CA4-A30F-480A-841D-69B45C50A8F8} (SekureL0gin.SekureKontrol) - http://secure2.comne...iveSekurity.cab
O16 - DPF: {861FDA2A-2B57-4BDA-8B8B-305C9D5D8604} (_Multimedia Player) - http://stream.pussyh.../stream/mmp.cab

make sure that all windows other than Hijack This are closed. Check the boxes next to above items and click on Fix checked.

Reboot the PC in safe mode (repeatedly tap the F8 key when the PC is starting up).

Locate and delete the files -

c:\windows\system32\uyrnfv.exe
c:\windows\system32\rrxmdgf.exe

Reboot the PC in normal Mode.

Download FindIt's.zip to your desktop: http://forums.net-in...=post&id=142443

1. Unzip/extract the files inside to a folder on your desktop.
2. Open the folder. Double click on FindIt's.bat and wait for Notepad to open a text file. It will take a while so please be patient ...
3. Then post the results here.

Run Hijack This and post the fresh HJT log and the results from Findit here.

Hi STA,

We just need to get rid of one file.

Please boot the PC in Safe Mode.

Run Hijack This and click on Scan. The following item needs to be fixed -

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jhegwv] c:\windows\system32\uyrnfv.exe r

Check the box next to the above item and click on Fix Checked.

Open Windows Explorer (right click on Start and then click on explore). Locate and delete this file -

c:\windows\system32\uyrnfv.exe

In case, you dont see this file, Click on Tools in explorer Menu Bar ---> folder Options ---> View tab.

Make sure that the following items are checked -
Display the contents of system folder
Show hidden files and folders

Make sure the following items are unchecked -
Hide protected operating system files (recommended)

Now delete the file.

Reboot the PC in NORMAL mode. Run Hijack This and post a fresh log here.
