Itunes 9 will not connect to store

New Member Posts: 1 OS: Windows	i have the newest update of itunes 9 and i could connect to the store for a while, but then a few days ago our computer was restored and cleaned out so i downloaded itunes again and it will not connect to the store. neeed some help with that please
