Please help. i have just finished trying to clean up my system as the computer was taking forever to start up after loading windows. i ran spybot to get rid of spyware and have also ran an av scan. there are 2 viruses in quarantine: trojanhorse startpage.btf and trojanhorse downloader.agent.lhk. I ran windows update and in the process it updated the display driver. however after rebooting, windows wouldnt start up and kept rebooting. i booted into safe mode and rolled back the display driver. now everytime i reboot i get the following error:
keyhook.exe The procedure entrypoint?getmonitorname@CSISTool@@SAHPADHK@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library SISAPCom.dll. i have read previous posts and this seems to indicate there is still spyware somewhere on my computer but i'm not sure where. details of hijackthis log are attached and i would be grateful for any assistance you can give me.
