I've run all of my ant-ivirus and anti-spyware programs. Usually there isn't something that I can't figure out how to remove. However, this one particular thing is very tricky. Kwanzy.exe (known by several other names) seems to be a fairly new malware with very few protections against it. I found it's process in the process bar and disabled them and it has stopped most of the popups, but I still get them every 20 minutes or so. It's usually a single pop-up advertising something entirely random. Kwanzy.exe seems to run in the background.

I simply need help with removing this malware from my system as I can't seem to get it quite right, no matter how hard I try! This pesky little thing just doesn't go away. I'm sure there are other things that my system overlooks, as well as the kwanzy pest that is coming up so often now.

As always, I am very grateful for any help that is given.

This is my first time seeking help of this nature so I don't know what to do beyond asking for help... Please be patient and bear with me. I'm not a computer n00b, but I'm new to this situation... soooo...

Help no longer needed. I ended up restoring my system to factory settings, so there's nothing bad on it now for sure. tongue.gif
