Hey Guys,
This is my first post on the forum, looks like some great info though. My question is this. I work at a school and am trying to track what computer (either through IP address or computer name) is creating certain files and folders on a public drive on our server. Is there any way possible to track from which computer a folder or file was created from? Any help greatly appriciated. Thanks again. Thanks, it says that it can audit the following:
• The action that was performed. • The user who performed the action. • The success or failure of the event and the time that the event occurred. All the students use the same username to access the domain. Can it be tracked my computer name or IP address?
