A couple of days ago, this just appeared on our taskbar. We don't know what it is/means/does. Can anyone help? We have run Norton Antivirus, done a spyware check, and searched the whole computer to find a program file with this name -- no results. When we right or left click, nothing happens. We can't get this off the task bar, and don't know what it's for. Should we be worried?
