Malware, Deleting files

[font=Book Antiqua][/font][/size][/i][/size][/b][size=5] I have done several scans, and it tells me that we have infected files, and malware, but it does not tell which virus it is, It is deleting files and program. It wont let us access programs, and I also had an Aurora thing that used to pop up but it has stopped, Also we have a error message that keeps popping up with Windows Nail.exe. file. Can you help me?
