OS: Windows Vista Home Premium

I have Windows Vista Home Premium, but i don't have Windows Media Center

So I have WMP11, but it could never find my xbox360 media sharing tab.

So I downloaded Zune and Zune was able to find my xbox360. I enabled it.

I have xbox live with a wireless router but i cant find my PC (but i do have internet connection)

Thats why I can't Share my media. And yes, my firewall is off.

And on MY Xbox360 It only says "Connect to Windows Media Center" How can you change that option?

Any suggestion of how i could find my PC

Thank you in advance
