I'm thinking of buying a Benq E2200HD Full HD 21.5' monitor. I want to connect my computer through it, and also my 360 through it at HD. I also want to run HDTV off of my tv card on my computer. The problem is i don't think i have a DVI input on my computer, is there anyway with this monitor i could connect it at HD. I don't know much about the inputs it's all a bit confusing Should i buy a video card that has a dvi connector? would a 2400Pro video card work? My 360 also doesn't have hdmi is this a problem? You first need to check what display settings (Screen resolutions) your existing graphics card supports because it may not support the resolution that the new monitor demands , which is 1920x1080. If you can't get that setting on your graphics card you're going to have to change it anyway, and if that's the case then you may as well make sure the new has a DVI connector (and it's a DVI output at this end, by the way, not an input. The DVI input is at the monitor end.

Thanks for that. I think i'll buy a new ATI Radeon™ HD 2400 PRO its only 30 dollars. It supports resolution up to 2560x1600 it also has DVI to HDMI adapter, HDTV Component out adapter which im not too sure what they do. It also has

* ATI Radeon™ DVI-I to HDMI2 with 5.1 audio (adapter)
* One VGA analog connector
* HDTV Component (YPrPb) output (adapter)
Would this work for what i need?
