My PS3 Controller Won't connect to my PS3 or anyone else's?

This controller is not the new Dual shock 1 its the normal SIXAXIS.
My other controller is working fine, and I have done everything I can to make it work but its just not happening???

There's a reset button on all of the controllers. Maybe try pressing/holding it down...
