My ipod videos have no sound

ok so i converted my videos using itunes and for some reason when i put it on my ipod there's no sound at all. could someone tell me how to fix this please?

Ok well my other post was closed but i didn't no i posted two because i used the ctrl-left arrow to modify it but i guess it posted two topics. But so far no one has answered this one. Please help
