We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Even for XP Pro, you need to download the Service Pack 1a.

SP 1a is for both Windows XP Home edition and XP Pro editions !!!!!!

SP1a is Service Pack 1a. This a service pak released by Microsoft to address the shortcomings in Windows XP. The application of this service packs plugs a lot of loopholes which are used by viruses and malware to get into and install themselves on the PC.
