Need help to remove Malware/Spyware, Whenever I try to open new page in IE, It gives me prompt saying "

New Member Posts: 1 OS: windows XP	Whenever I try to open new page in IE, It gives me below prompt "You are about to view page over a secure connection" Please help me to remove this Malware/Spyware or anything.
