Hi,

OS: Windows XP
Antivirus reported a change in windows registry. Ever since then, the connection icon appears to be connected to the internet, but cannot view any web sites. A system restore has been tried, but I still have the same issue. I have also tried resetting the router and modem but still having the problem. Please help me ASAP. Thank you very much.
