Hello,

I am lookn4help and I am a new member. I am not really sure how to use this forum so if I am not doing something right please let me know. I use my computer all the time but I am not a technical person so that will be the areas that I will need the most help in.

As for now my problem is every time I boot up I keep getting an error message. It doesn't seem to interfere with my work but it is very annoying for it to keep popping up. The error message is a DOCEOC16B1 message. Can anybody please let me know what I can do to stop or correct this issue?

Thank you so much,
Lookn4help

Hi lookn4help, and welcome to Geeks to Go!

Sadly, I don't think your question will receive the attention it deserves in the Introductions board. Please post in the Operating Systems board, located here: http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Operating-Systems-f41.html ... Sadly it's hard to tell if it's a hardware or software related issue, but we'll help determine that for you and hopefully generate a solution.

Good luck!
