Actually they are anti-spyware products, not spyware.
And yes it is ok. In my opinion you should have at least 2-3 spyware scanners, AT LEAST one spyware prevention program, and also basic firewall/Anti-virus software. - Rawe |

Ad-aware SE does not interfer with anyother Anti-spyware product.
