PC not powering up

I have a PC that will not power up at all. It was turning on for 15minutes, then cutting off. Moved 5minutes, then cut itself off. Now its not turning on at all. Bought a new power supply and, same thing. Still wont turn on. No power, whatsoever. Any suggestions on checking something-else?

Please follow through all the steps in this thread, and report back with your results.

Also post if this is a new computer, or second hand, or if you've had it for a while and it has been working fine until recently, or....
