Possible malware problem [RESOLVED], antivirus 2009 scan

Member Posts: 24 OS: windows vista	I clicked on a link in a google search and it did not take me to the site that was listed. Instead I was taken to that stupid antivirus2009 scan telling me computer was infected. Last time that happened I ended up with all kinds of problems. Please tell me what programs I need to run so as to find out if I have been reinfected
