Hi guys
Ive recently been infected by a trojan:win32/vundo.gen!R.
Ive tried everythng possible that i am capable of to get rid of it.
As i ony have a slightly above normal knowledge on computers this had to be done by dowloading certain removal tools.
After searching google and posting on certain forums the only program to remove this seemed to be spy hunter. I ve downloaded this but have now learned that i cannot install any programs. My computer just wont do it.
Since tryin to get rid of this my computer is gradually gettng worse. Thre are all sorts of difrent win 32 eror messages coming up. I am lucky t get 15 mins without crashing.
This may seem a bit drastic but how easy is it to fromat and re install windws Vista. I have a dell Inspiration530s with the windows disk and drivers disk. I have also printed out a full list all drivers installed on my computer just incase.

Thanks guys

Steve

orite.

i had a problem like this before mate, i think if you can , you should back up some of the files you need and then reboot your system. This will remove your Trojan Virus. If you already have the disk then just install it again , and there should be a website via your drivers incase you need to purchase them again. I have an acer laptop and they have a website in which i can receive my drivers i need. hope this helps!.
