Reboot Windows XP Without XP Disc

OS: XP



My computer needs a complete reboot back to start I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, I just want to restart it from scratch as if it was new, but there is one problem I have no XP Disc to reboot it. Any Advice?

This will destroy all data.

Do you get a little blue bar at the top when you first turn on your computer that says www.dell.com. Not a big blue dell but a little blue dell.
