Recording interferance

OS: windows vista premium
PSD340 Superscope music practice system is what im using its a piece of hardware it use to work amazingly and suddenly this interfearence noise like a whirling noise now shows up at all itmes sorry if this is the incorect forum but im looking for any sort of help

You'd have to be a bit more specific as to where this noise is coming from. Is this noise coming from your speakers or???
