SBC Yahoo DSL Browser Not Responding, Internet Browser Lag/Freeze/Crash

Hiyas,

Lately when I've been surfing around I will try to click on an address on a site (ex. "Adventure" genre on Home of the Underdogs) and my browser will freeze up!I run Spybot, Ad-Aware, and Avast....every so often I will get problems/things to be deleted but then after I get rid of them the problem still happens! I know I'm running XP Home but other specifications I'm clueless *blush*...I'm a bit of a computer dumby, hehe. Any help will be most certainly appreciated!

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
