SUB_PL~1.cab file, can someone provide for my After Effects?

I've already searched a lot of sites just to download SUB_PL~1.cab alone but it needs the whole Adobe After Effects for me to get it. Can someone please give me a copy of this from your own effective After Effects installers because this cab file of mine is corrupted. Please!
