Server Busy

OS: XP



Very frequently, and as far as I can tell, for no reason at all, a really annoying window opens on my pc. It says "Server Busy" and gives me 2 options... "Switch to" and "Cancel" Switch to opens the start button program popup thing and cancel makes it go away for a few moments. The X box doesn't do anything. Please help me make this go away. confused1.gif
