Well, I downloaded it and installed it and it fixed my sound problem, but I still have the jerky scrolling issue.

I've downloaded it, but when I click the app to open it, it gives me the following message:

This package is used internally by packagefromtheweb. It should not be executed directly.

I'm not sure what to do...? It won't let me open it or do anything else.

It's Installshield error. Do you have any problems with installing other things?
It may be bad download. Try to re-download the file.

I am not having problems installing other programs as I've just reinstalled everything since I did the recovery on my computer. I redownloaded this and it did the same thing. It won't open and gave me the same message.
