I'm new here and have very little knowledge when it comes to technical computer-related problems. I have come to this forum because I am in desperate need of help and don't know where else to go. Basically, somebody has hijacked my MSN messenger and is sending vile messages from my address to all my contacts. For example:



I am pretty certain I have some sort of virus on my computer, but when it comes to this kind of stuff, I'm totally ignorant. I really need somebody that knows what they are doing to help me step-by-step remove this virus off my computer. Please and thank you to anybody willing to help me out!!!

The only thing I could think of to do was to run a HijadkThis (v2.0.2.) scan. Here is my log:
