It began when a users on our wireless network (my sister) opened a page and it automatically downloaded some software. IT then presents a little red x in the corner of the toolbar, saying that the system has been infected, and "windows" will download spy sheriff without promts. It downloads, then changes the desktop "the system has been comprimised, scan with spy-sheriff". The Task manager is then disabled, so stoping stoping the program from running. The Spyware remains regardless of being turned off. Then, spyware doctor refuses to turn off.

Scanning the system, removing errors and looking at several self helps suposedly removes the processes (some processes that are told to be deleted in hijackthis and other programs are not present). Yet, taskmanager refuses to open. Then, after rebooting, all passwords have been changed or created to ban165, and mal-ware remains.

I hate it when stuff like this happens. Can anyone help?
