Hello,

I am putting together a book for my class and it's ready to be sent in to be printed and proofed. One BIG problem is that there are three random lines that will not go away in the document.

They appear to be normal horizontal rules but cannot be deleted. Sometimes they can be deleted only to reappear a few pages before or after where they originally were. It's crazy.

I've tried everything I can possibly think of.

Please help!

P.S. I also have a question about reordering pages. I need to make the first page and the last page next to each other and so forth. Is that possible? Or does that need to be done by hand?
