Ok so I did a stupid thing and tried to download a serial # for a program... I know dumb.... Norton Antivirus 2004 (latest updates installed as of this am) said it blocked access to several trojans and dialers that the millions of pop-ups the site created tried to install... but I now have a new wallpaper that says my computer is infected and directs me to click a link which takes me to WorldAntiSpy.com I cannot get rid of it, I have run everything I can find, ad-aware, trojan hunter, spybot, spyware hunter and even a full norton scan. I clean everything it says it finds (system restore has been disabled) done it in safe mode and regular mode. I can't get rid of it, even manually removed all references to it in the registry. I have this little red circle in my task bar with a white exclamation point ( ! )
that pops up little "balloons" that say your system is infected.

HELP!
