Taking too long to load pages - Please help!, All browsers take forever - VM size goes crazy

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help.

I've recently had one of someone from GTG help me distinguish that I don't have any viruses.

He said I should post here as I am having trouble with a very slow computer.

I believe it may have something to do with my Virtual Memory as when web pages are trying to load this goes to 100%.

When using either Google Chrome, IE, Firefox or Opera my computer is so slow loading pages.

I've defragmented and ran virus checks but my computer knowledge is not great.

One day it was working ok (for an old computer running XP) the next day it seems like it's dying!

Any help appreciated.
