Hello everyone!

I am new and I am having serious problems. I have a virus that I cannot get rid of. Evertime it is quarantined, I delete it but nothing happens!!! Im going crazy this has been affecting my computer for quite some time and I cannot get rid of it. I have a log of my system from RootRepeal if this helps. Can SOMEONE PLEEEEAAAASE HELP ME? I just dont know what to do. Thanks in advance!
