Trying to Identify Networking device

I like to learn about hardware as I plan for the future. I have a networking device, but don't know what to call it in order to learn about it. Could someone please identify the attached image. Thanks,

Its a punch down block. Used for phones and CAT5.

A google search of patch panel did lead to to the punch panel. Now I have to learn to use one and how to distinguish between 66 and 110

You really dont need to know the difference. Just memorize the color sequence for punching down CAT5 and youll be fine
