I basically need a bit of guidance and advice about an online game that i used to play, I am currently banned from this game for expressing my opinion in an acceptable way (firstly, i want to make it clear than im not some little script kiddie trying to get on so i can mess around). The game is called iSnooker, its a great great online snooker game that is both addictive and fun to play, however, once the game changed managment, its owners attitude and approach towards paying customers soon declined. As far as they see it, you pay your money, play the game and shut up, But as soon as you question any aspect of the way they run the game, they make sure you dont play again, You can abide fully by the terms and conditions that are set, yet you'll still find yourself perm banned. For eg. if you say to a moderator 'You should of banned that cheat' the response would be 'Dont tell me what to do, if you dont like it then go elsewhere, actually go elsewhere because im banning your PC' Its stupid!, well, im not here to moan, i just need some help, Ive tried the normal approach to being allowed back on such a great game, and ive been very polite and patient, however only to have it thrown back in my face by people who dont care. Due to it being a great game in my opinion, i want to get back on it, there are various ways that they deny your PC access to the program (its an .exe game you download, not an online crappy flash), the messages are as follows: You have been banned = Account ban, PC still has access. You have been blocked = Ip ban You have been walled = The one that i cant figure out! Ive been told many thing about what being 'walled' is, and ive been told what it could be that they actually 'wall' from joining, however ive had no luck whatsoever, Ive tried changing My HD, ive formatted my PC, ive renamed the wireless network and they HD and every other thing i could think of, ive tried changing the Mac address. I just dont know what else they could stop from accessing the program, what other info on my PC would they have access too thus blocking that number/serial from accessing it. Its really confusing. Does any body have any idea's? or own sites with such security measures on it also? |

We cannot help you get around a ban by another site, no matter what the circumstances. Sorry.
