PC Chips P53G Motherboard Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale (2.53 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, LGA 775) Patriot 667 MHz RAM (2 GB- DDR2) Seagate Barracuda SATA Hard Drive (640 GB, 7200 RPM) CD/ DVD/ Lightscribe SuperMulti Drive FireWire (IEEE 1394) Card (PCI) Zonet 56k V.92 Modem (PCI) 1.44 MB Floppy Drive Linkworld Prescott 222FU Micro ATX Case Intel (Stock) Cooling System I also upgraded the power supply to a ThermalTake Purepower 500. When I press the power button, the fans turn as they normally would, the three lights on the keyboard blink, my hard drive spins, and then, the computer runs the fans, the drives, and nothing else happens. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Any help that you could provide would be much appreciated. |

I tried your advice on the system. I used two power supplies to test with, a "bare" configuration on a cardboard box, and still, nothing happens, except for the fans turning (including the CPU fan).
Any suggestions? |

Yes I agree, I should think it's time to RMA that motherboard.
