I'm trying to use an Iomega external harddrive on my XP laptop; it may, however, have been Mac-formatted, should such a thing exist. Upon plugging it in, my laptop recognises it and presents a series of bubbles in the lower right telling me it's been installed. It's not showing up in My Computer though, and according to the Iomega website, no driver is required. It has loads of data on it already, and the idea is that I transfer it all onto my PC, so formatting it would be a pointless exercise to all intents and purposes.

Is there any interoperability here? Is it possible for me to get to these files, or will they only appear on a Mac system?

Help a noob out. Thanks!
