Hi

I'm hoping you can help a complete novice - (although did manage to renove adware etc probs thanks to G2G.com last year - thank you). Anyway, I used to be able to download games and they would work no problem - but now seem to have a problem with a video card - or lack of.

Now, my sound has gone, I have SB live 24, and have checked all the diagnostics that were recommended (even bought new speakers in case that was the problem) but still no sound. I've not made any changes to my PC - Dell dimension - and the sound card came with it. It hasn't been that great, quite fuzzy at times - but at least there was sound.

I'm desperate to get the sound working and not my my pc get the better of me - please can you help me. No idea if the sound and video card are linked or just doubly unlucky.

Please help confused1.gif
