I recently had to reinstall the operating system on my laptop. I have all the drivers installed for my video card and sound card. I even have audio and video decoders installed. I can play all types of videos and get great playback however on certain files the audio won't play. Wmv formats play the video and the audio but avi formats only play the video... please tell me what i need to do... before my computer crashed it worked fine now that its been restored its been my biggest headache.
