I tried videora but i get really bad sound lag when i play the video. |

Common phone movie formats are 3GP amd MP4. Here's a program to help you convert.

http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ So long as the audio/visual quality is at its lowest and the format is old (on the screen, you cant tell the difference anyway) then the video syncs fine. Ill try your one later |
