I had one issue which was Virtual DJ does not support winamp plugins...so what I did was installed and configured Shoutcast DNAS server on my system(which Virtual DJ does support) and simply streamed my broadcast to my own computer and played it with winamp and used winamp's visualizations...in my second monitor ...ta daaa!! Now that that problem was solved I have one more issue I was hoping I could get some input on: The winamp visualizations are on monitor 2 in full screen mode and the only way I can play videos using the Virtual DJ window is to minimize the winamp window and maximize the virtual dj video window.... that being said... If I were to get a second video card (another 8500GT) so I had the capability of quad monitors would I be able to just use one monitor and use the 2 svideo jacks on the two video cards to connect to a video switch and finally to the projector? This would make it that I could switch between the winamp visualization monitor and the Virtual DJ music video window without the crowd seeing me minimize one screen and maximizing another(which would look tacky and cheap)... will this work? Thank you in advance for your input and suggestions DJ Tantrix |
