Hello stellarstuff4you and welcome at Geekstogo,
I am Thunderbird1988 and I am going to fix your malwareproblems. If you have questions, feel free to ask If you still need help, please do the following: You have installed more then one virusscanner. If you have more then one scanner, they will interfere and this will cause a slower and less stable system and less protection. Therefore, I recommand you to keep one and uninstall the others. Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop. Link 1Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall Thunderbird1988 |
