As the title states I am getting a virus alert message and my time is in 24hrs. Also certain functions of my computer are not appearing. Icons on the start menu, can't get to my computer and so on. I did some reading here and downloaded HJT. I did a scan and have it posted below. Someone please help me.

If you still need help, please do the following:

You have installed more then one virusscanner. If you have more then one scanner, they will interfere and this will cause a slower and less stable system and less protection. Therefore, I recommand you to keep one and uninstall the others.

Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
