Vista Boot UP, System Disk needed at boot up?

OS: Vista Ultimate



I am currently running Vista Ultimate and every time at start up it requires the system disk. Any clue on if this is normal or anyway around it. I have the BIOS set to boot from hard drive then cd-rom.
