I am using an ADVENT 7113 notebook with Vista Home premium and my tv out projection is in black & white. I need this fixed as I run a karaoke and the words are black and white which is pants. Im using a 4 pin tv out lead which is connected to a scart point and then plugged in to the pubs main scart junction box. Everything else is fine apart from no color, the settings seem fine but i am scratching my head. Any help greatly appreciated. regards sparky |

you can try updating your video drivers and see if that helps. If not then you may need to try another svideo cable. It sounds like pin 4 (color) is not making contact of some sort.

Also try changing the video refresh rate on the output. That sometimes causes that issue.
