Please open Task Manager with Ctrl-Alt-Del and END TASK on the following file:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mshelp32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd32.exe
C:\Programfiler\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe

Please do an online scan, 2 would be better,
Trend Micro Housecall
Panda online scan

Make sure that you choose "fix" or "clean".


Next you may want to download a trail version of Kaspersky antivirus. Update before using.

Are you using KaZaa and/or IMIRC, please uninstall them.


Then please download the latest version of HijackThis:
click here

Reboot and post a fresh log please.
