Web Page does not Print, Internet Explorer does not print the web page and hangs

OS: 2000 and XP SP2
Hi,

I have a user trying to print something from the sears website, she can print from other web sites, but whenever she goes to this site it does not print and internet explorer slows down, hangs, or freezes. I ran a spybot scan, a malwarebytes scan, Restarted the spool service, removed and added the network printer again. any help is appreciative. Thank you

Platform: Windows 2000 SP4 (WinNT 5.00.2195)
MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106)
