Hello,

Ok i've just moved in one of my old computers into my room, it was working fine before.

I can ping this computer, Network properties of the adapter are receiving packets. I've also got a wireless adapter, i installed that installed the drivers and same thing.

I pull up IE and it just freezes, it says Website Found then waiting for a reply...

I've also got two lines in my house with two seperate ISP's with two separate boxes so i've ruled out that.

I've installed the drivers correctly and also i've got a fresh install of xp.

ANY IDEAS?

EDIT:
Current Setup Modem/Router 1 Connection used to my room then i've purchased a Belkin 10/100/1000 Switch, and have the Modem Line in Port1, and the two computers running of Port 3/4.
Not that this matters because i've already taken the Ethernet port straight from the modem to the computer not working same results, and the other computer works just fine.

I'm starting to think it's a hardware related incident?

If you can ping them try a different browser to see if it works.
